National Delivery Services:
- Same-day express:
For urgent deliveries requiring same-day arrival, with collection times lodged on the first available flight and delivery within 90 minutes of touchdown in major centres or 90 minutes after collection in local areas. - Overnight Courier:
For next-day deliveries at a cost-effective rate, ideal for lighter parcels (under 2 kg). - Road Freight:
For non-urgent, heavier items (over 3 kg) that are not time-sensitive, with delivery in 2 to 3 working days.
Order Processing time:
- Orders before 3:00PM ( Mon - Fri ) shall be processed instantly and sent through to the courier guy the same day.
- Order after 3:00PM ( Mon - Thur ) shall be processed instantly and sent through to the courier guy the next day.
- Weekend orders ( 3:00PM Fri - Sun ) shall be processed on the same day but only sent to The Courier Guy on Monday.
- Public Holiday and long weekend orders shall be processed instantly and sent out at the next available dispatch day.
Return Policy:
All goods bought from this website have a 7 day money back guarantee on goods that have not been opened, used or damaged. Anything past the 7 days does not qualify you for a money but guarantee.
You can exchange goods up to 14 days post purchase as long as the goods have not been open, used or damaged. Anything past the 14 days does not qualify you for an exchange on goods.
